The Diverse and Equitable Participation in Clinical Trials Act (DEPICT Act)
has passed the House of Representatives.
This Act will require “a diversity action plan for how the sponsor will meet such (diversity) targets, including demographic-specific outreach and enrollment … diversity training for trial personnel.”
